Warranty Policy – ​​Product Returns

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

  • Products must still be within TAV’s warranty period.
  • Customers must provide proof of purchase from TAV (VAT invoice, delivery note, or warehouse release note).
  • Products must not fall under the list of items excluded from warranty coverage.
  • Warranty scope: Only covers defects arising during manufacturing or caused by TAV's transportation or installation, including:
    • Scratched or peeling board surfaces or paint
    • Dented, warped, or bent product components
    • Chipped edges or corners, peeled edge bands
    • Exposed nails or screws

NON-WARRANTY CASES

  • Products purchased under promotion or discount programs
  • Customers attempt to repair damage without notifying TAV
  • Damage due to improper usage causing scratches, dents, cracks, dirt, discoloration
  • Damage from carelessness; exposure to unsuitable environments (damp or overheated areas); overloading; improper cleaning or maintenance
  • Natural wear and tear over time (fading, rust, loosening of screws/hinges after prolonged use)
  • Accidental damage during use or customer’s own transportation
  • Expired warranty period
  • Customers fail to provide proof of purchase from TAV (VAT invoice, delivery note, or warehouse release note)

WARRANTY PROCEDURE

  • When a product requires warranty service, the customer must notify TAV and send both full-view and close-up photos of the damaged areas to Customer Service.
  • TAV will evaluate the photos and determine whether the issue is eligible for warranty. TAV will notify the customer of the decision (repair or replacement) within 36 hours from the time of receiving notification and images.
  • For repairs: completed within 48 hours.
  • For replacement: completed within 7–10 business days.
  • Warranty handling may be coordinated between TAV and the customer in special cases or due to force majeure circumstances.

 

PRODUCT RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

  • Customers may return or exchange products within 5 business days from the date of receipt (based on warehouse release note).

Return/Exchange Conditions:

  • For products not eligible for return/exchange: Items must be unused, with original labels, packaging, and purchase documents issued by TAV.

  • For products eligible for return/exchange: Must be accompanied by proof of purchase from TAV (VAT invoice, delivery note, or warehouse release note).

  • In all return/exchange cases, if a VAT invoice has been issued:
     – Individual customers must return the original invoice.
     – Corporate customers must issue a return VAT invoice accurately reflecting the returned/exchanged products.
     If no valid invoice is returned/issued, TAV reserves the right to cancel the original invoice.

Return/Exchange Coverage:

  • The product does not match the published description.

  • The product received is not as per the customer’s order.

NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

  • Products under promotion/discount programs; display items
  • New products returned after more than 15 days from receipt
  • Products sold under project contracts

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

  • Replacement shipment or refund will only begin after TAV completes inspection and evaluation of the returned item.
  • Product inspection timeline: 2 business days from the date TAV confirms receipt of returned goods.
  • Customer Service will contact the customer to confirm the replacement item and delivery time.
  • Refund processing time: 7 days from the date TAV completes inspection.
  • Warranty handling may be coordinated between TAV and the customer in special cases or due to force majeure circumstances.

RETURN & WARRANTY SHIPPING FEES

  • Warranty: TAV covers all shipping and installation costs related to warranty service.
  • Return/Exchange: The customer is responsible for shipping costs to the designated return location as specified by TAV.
