Shipping & Payment Policy

 

  • Ho Chi Minh City area. Includes: Inner-city districts (Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, Tan Binh, Binh Thanh, Thu Duc, Binh Tan, Phu Nhuan, Go Vap, Binh Chanh) and Suburban areas (Hoc Mon, Cu Chi, Nha Be, Can Gio): Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer and fully installed.

     

  • Other provinces nationwide (excluding mountainous and island areas): Two delivery methods apply:

    • Method 1: TAV will deliver to the warehouse of third-party carriers within the inner-city area of Ho Chi Minh City as designated by the customer such as: bus stations, private shipping services, railway stations, airports, express delivery units.

    • Method 2: TAV delivers directly to the customer's address using Viettel Post or a third-party shipping service as per the address provided by the customer.

 

1. DELIVERY TIME

Standard delivery policy applies during business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), from Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays and Tet).

Orders delivered in Ho Chi Minh City:

  • For in-stock products:
    • Orders placed from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM will be delivered within 2–3 working days.
    • Orders placed after 5:00 PM: delivered within 3–4 working days.
  • For pre-ordered products: Delivered within 10–15 working days from the date the order is confirmed and deposit is received.

Orders delivered to other provinces nationwide (excluding mountainous and island areas):

  • For in-stock products:
    • Delivery within 7–10 working days.
  • For pre-ordered products:
    • Delivery within 15–20 working days from the date the order is confirmed and deposit is received.

The delivery policy may be adjusted depending on order status or force majeure circumstances. In such cases, TAV will inform the customer with the specific delivery policy.

 

2. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION FEES

  • Delivery and installation fees include transportation and labor costs (if applicable and inclusive of VAT) under standard delivery conditions and do not include surcharges.
  • Surcharges such as: storage, delivery to inaccessible locations such as high floors without elevators or non-functional elevators; areas requiring equipment to lift goods; restricted load areas... will be informed to the customer if incurred.

Specific delivery and installation fees:

  • Inner-city Ho Chi Minh City:
    • Under standard delivery policy: free delivery and installation.
    • Under special delivery policy: applied in cases where delivery is requested at a specific time or outside business hours from Monday to Saturday. Delivery fees are calculated as follows:

Orders delivered to suburban areas of Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces nationwide (excluding mountainous and island areas):

  • Delivery to third-party carriers: free of charge

  • Delivery to customer’s address: TAV will inform the customer of delivery charges based on Viettel Post or third-party shipping rates depending on each specific order.

  • Installation fee: will be informed to the customer upon order receipt.

        

3. PAYMENT POLICY

Customers shall make payments as follows:

Ho Chi Minh City area:

  • 50% deposit of order value within 12 hours after placing the order
  • Remaining balance to be paid upon delivery
  • Orders over 20,000,000 VND: payment as per TAV’s policy (sales staff will inform the customer upon receiving the order)

Other provinces nationwide (excluding mountainous and island areas):

  • For orders under 20,000,000 VND: full payment within 12 hours after placing the order.
  • For orders over 20,000,000 VND to 50,000,000 VND:
    • Deposit: 50% of order value within 12 hours after placing the order.
    • Remaining balance to be paid upon delivery
  • Orders over 50,000,000 VND: payment as per TAV’s policy (sales staff will inform the customer upon receiving the order)

Payment methods:

  • Cash payment at TAV showroom or to TAV-designated delivery staff.
  • Card payment accepted via POS terminal at TAV showroom.
  • Bank transfer to the account provided by TAV.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery).

4. OTHER CONDITIONS

Orders that are to be delivered directly to customers by third-party shipping services (Viettel Post, Lalamove, other couriers…) require the customer to check the goods before signing the delivery receipt. If goods are found damaged due to transport, the customer may refuse the delivery or contact Customer Service for specific support.

In the event TAV has already shipped goods to the delivery address specified in the order, and the customer wishes to change the delivery location for any reason, the customer must cover the transport cost for relocating goods from the original delivery point to the new one according to Lalamove’s fee schedule (no promotions applied).

If the customer wants to change the delivery time, they must notify the sales staff at least 24 hours in advance for deliveries within HCMC and nearby provinces, or at least 48 hours in advance for other regions.

If TAV delivers the goods but cannot contact the customer, we will leave a notification message and charge a delivery fee if delivery fails after 2 attempts.

The delivery policy may be adjusted depending on the order status or force majeure circumstances (weather, natural disasters, traffic conditions, restricted hours, holidays, special events affecting delivery, etc.). In such cases, TAV will inform the customer with the updated delivery policy.
