Starting from an 8,000m² facility, t@ble has continuously expanded and evolved to meet the growing demands of the office furniture market. Today, our factory in Long Thành – Đồng Nai spans a total area of 30,000m², divided into three specialized zones: metal workshop, woodworking workshop, and finished goods warehouse. Each area is optimized for a closed-loop production line, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency at every stage.
Our machinery system is comprehensively invested and regularly upgraded, enhancing productivity and precision in processing, which directly contributes to the superior quality of our final products. Modern technology, combined with a highly experienced workforce, forms the foundation for t@ble to deliver standardized, durable, and consistently aesthetic products.
Metal Workshop
The metal workshop is comprehensively equipped with a modern machinery system, capable of handling the entire metalworking process—from basic to highly specialized tasks. Here, operations such as CNC laser cutting, hole drilling, tube bending, hydraulic pressing, robotic welding, and electrostatic powder coating are all carried out using advanced production lines, ensuring high precision and consistent performance.

Woodworking Workshop
t@ble’s woodworking workshop is thoughtfully equipped with modern machinery for cutting, edge banding, drilling, assembly, and CNC processing—enabling synchronized execution of all industrial wood processing stages with high precision. Every product undergoes a strict quality control process, from selecting premium-grade boards to surface finishing, ensuring exceptional durability and aesthetic appeal.
Beyond machinery, our team of highly skilled carpenters plays a crucial role in maintaining quality down to every detail. Finished Goods Warehouse
The finished goods warehouse is spaciously designed to provide optimal storage conditions that preserve product quality after production. The facility is fully enclosed, well-ventilated, and equipped with humidity control systems to prevent mold and termite damage—particularly essential for engineered wood products. With elevated flooring and logically organized shelving, all items are clearly categorized and protected from impact or deformation during storage.
In addition, our experienced warehouse management team conducts regular inspections and promptly addresses any risks, ensuring that every product leaves the warehouse in its best condition. As the final step in t@ble’s closed-loop production process, the finished goods warehouse plays a vital role in upholding the quality and integrity of every item we deliver.
